With 15 models and 7 different capacities ranging from 6.0 to 12.0 tonnes, these high performance, high efficient, heavy duty electric forklifts are available in standard or high performance models.
Their high-capacity 96v batteries are divided into two parts, making it quick and easy to remove and replace using a power pallet truck or smaller forklift.
The CAT® EP60-120N(H) range is robust and durable and its protective sealing reduces repairs and part replacement minimising expenses and downtime and not only helps retain the trucks value but a lower total cost of operation (TCO).
The advanced technology of these forklifts generates plenty of power and speed for demanding tasks and the high torque, acceleration and lifting strength it produces are precisely controlled. As a result, every driving and load handling action is rapid, accurate and smooth.
Advanced steering systems and compact design make maneuvering agile, fast and safe. All models have the option of a low overhead guard for workplaces with restricted height, like containers.
For maximum agility, the NH models feature a +100⁰ steering axle. With this, the truck can turn on the spot within its own dimensions. It can also make instant side turns with no need for initial backward movement.
Low-noise technology like silent hydraulic pumps, quiet drive units and controllers keep the driver comfortable and stress-free increasing their awareness of surrounding activity.
Rear-view camera (fitted as standard) with its special mast, dashboard and overhead guard is designed to give the driver clear all-round views with little or no need to change position.
Pedal designs, positions and angles have been designed to reduce fatigue for drivers of any height or foot size. Separate forward and reverse pedals allow rapid changes of direction in busy operations and are accompanied by a large brake pedal for fast application with little effort.
Weatherproof panel options are available and include:
